Our clients span multiple industries and are looking for product leaders to join their growing teams.

We are recruiting for several senior product leadership positions including Product Directors, VP of Product, and Chief Product Officers (CPOs). Our clients are located in San Francisco, New York City, Boston, and offer remote options. These roles require a blend of strategic vision, leadership acumen, and deep product expertise to drive product innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Director / VP of Product:

    • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.

    • Lead and mentor product management teams, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver impactful products.

    • Drive product vision and ensure alignment with market needs and business goals.

    • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.

  • Chief Product Officer (CPO):

    • Set the overall product vision and strategy for the organization.

    • Build and scale a high-performing product team, driving excellence in product development and management.

    • Partner with executive leadership to align product strategy with business strategy and growth objectives.

    • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.

    • Manage product budgets and resource allocation, ensuring effective use of resources and investment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior product leadership roles with a track record of successful product strategy and execution.

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and agile methodologies.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Experience in scaling product teams and driving innovation in fast-paced environments.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
